招聘相关职责
1.招聘
根据公司用人需求制定招聘计划,并执行招聘流程
与主管沟通岗位需求,确保人岗匹配
发布招聘广告,筛选简历并安排面试
跟进招聘流程,协调面试、录用及入职事宜
管理候选人数据库,保持人才储备
分析和记录招聘数据报告,持续优化招聘流程
2.入职与员工关系
为新员工提供入职简报,介绍公司文化、制度
支持HR团队日常行政与员工关系事务
协助举办公司内部活动,如年度晚宴、团队建设、节日庆典等
岗位要求:
学历不限,具有招聘经验或销售相关经验者优先
具备良好的沟通能力和执行能力,能独立完成招聘流程
熟练使用MS Office和招聘平台(如JobStreet、LinkedIn)
能适应快节奏工作环境,责任心强
有社交媒体招聘经验优先(如通过IG, FB 或XHS吸引人才)
曾在初创公司或外包行业工作优先
拥有人力资源基础知识优先(如Employment Act 1955 )
Job Description
1.Recruitment Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment plans based on the company’s hiring needs
Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a good fit
Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
Follow up the recruitment process including interview coordination, offer, and onboarding
Maintain candidate database and ensure a healthy talent pipeline
Analyze and record recruitment data and optimize processes accordingly
2. Onboarding & Employee Engagement Responsibilities:
Provide onboarding briefing to new joiners, introducing company culture and policies
Support daily HR administrative tasks and employee engagement activities
Assist in organizing internal company events such as annual dinners, team building activities, and festive celebrations
Job Requirements:
No specific education requirement: candidates with experience in recruitment or sales are preferred
Strong communication and judgment skills; able to handle recruitment independently
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g. JobStreet, LinkedIn)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of responsibility
Experience in social media hiring will be added advantages
Experience in startups or BPO/outsourcing industry will be added advantages
Basic knowledge of HR practices, such as Employment Act 1955) will be added advantages
