About the Role

Join the team at SUTHERLAND GLOBAL SERVICES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. as a Customer Service Sales (Trilingual Speaker - Mandarin + Cantonese + English). In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for providing excellent sales, technical support and customer service to our clients. The role is based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

Bilingual support in English and Mandarin, for Mandarin, be able to speak, write and read.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills (B2 English proficiency).
• 1 year of experience in customer service (Business-To-Business strongly preferrable)
• Multi-tasking skills, showcased using several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred.
• Technical savvy (understands or have used macOS vs. Android, Windows, etc.).
• Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.
• Call center experience preferrable.
• Negotiation skills, able to engage and reach agreements with the clients.
• Schedule availability.
• Restaurant industry familiarity preferrable.

Education:
• Possess minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent certificate in any field; and possibly considerably with at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with relevant work experience in a Contact Centre environment or customer service experience.
• Both Fresh Graduates and Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

What we're looking for

Requires good English skills, excellent in Mandarin.

Able to read and write in Mandarin and English.

Minimum of 6 months of sales experience & IT technical skills. / Candidates with sales experience are highly welcome and encouraged to apply!

Candidates with BPO experience / background is preferred.

Other Information:

1. Time: 9:00 pm to 1:00 pm (8 hours working + 1 hour break). (Permanent night shift)

2. Days: Monday-Sunday, Rotational Basis, including weekend & public holiday; 5 working days and 2 days off.

3. Mode: Work from office - Level 11, Tower 6, Avenue 5, The Horizon, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. (No hybrid).

Office Location: Sutherland Office, Level 1 & 11, Avenue 5, Tower 6, Bangsar South (Touch N Go Building).

We require 100% attendance during the training and nesting and in general New Hire is not allowed to take leave in the first 6 months (Probation Period).
