Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Compensation: Assisting leaders in salary calculations, optimizing compensation structures, managing social insurance payments, and enhancing welfare systems.
Compensation and Benefits: Assist in company events such as team building, annual dinner, company trip, sports and social activities etc.
General Duties: Optimizing basic company systems, handling HR management, and administrative tasks.
Performing ad-hoc duties & support other assigned job when needed.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or its equivalent.
3-5 years of similar job function or experience is highly encouraged to apply.
Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws & statutory requirements.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in English, and ability to speak Mandarin would be an advantage.
