Profile:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about finding the right talent to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate requirements.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates across various platforms.
Maintain and update job postings on relevant job boards, career websites, and social media channels.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and follow-ups with candidates and interviewers.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and market presence.
Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities in collaboration with HR operations.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Participate in virtual career fairs, online recruitment events, and other talent outreach programs.
Support other HR or talent-related initiatives when required.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency side.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, or other platforms.
Organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
Proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Able to speak and understand Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
