The Role

As a Purchasing Admin, you will:

To handle office administration, documentation, and record-keeping.
To coordinate procurement activities, including purchase orders and inventory tracking.
To assist in logistics, scheduling, and communication with suppliers and vendors.
To maintain and update internal systems, ensuring accurate data entry.
To provide general support to internal teams and assist in resolving administrative issues.


Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and administrative software.


Working Hours : Monday - Friday

Location: Eco Business Park 1, Bandar Dato Onn, Johor Bahru.
