DOO you have what it takes?
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, tickets, and email.
Perform client screening (Know-Your-Client) process.
Perform Introducing Broker (IB) setting related and enquiries.
Liaise with customers and sales teams to resolve account issues.
Manage customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Research client needs and coordinate with relevant teams.
Assist in SOP development, training, and quality assurance.
Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies.
Adjust CRM settings based on risk profiles and support system enhancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Hindi, and English (to liaise with Indian market clients).
Willing to work flexible shifts.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in financial services is a plus.
