Job Description

Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & KPI Management

- Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to consistently meet hiring KPIs, including Conversion Rate, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
- Coordinate and lead weekly team meetings to review progress, align on priorities, and address any hiring challenges.
- Provide regular coaching, monthly performance feedback, and guidance to support team development and success.

2. Stakeholder Communication & Strategic Alignment

- Serve as the main point of contact between betwen TA team, senior management and hiring managers to align on business goals, hiring plans, and workforce strategy.
- Translate company direction and manpower planning into clear recruitment actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.

3. Recruitment Process & Experience Optimization

- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
- Implement structured interview and assessment approaches to ensure consistent hiring quality.
- Monitor recruitment tools and platforms to ensure effectiveness and accuracy of reporting.

4. HR Project Coordination

- Coordinate and lead HR initiatives such as employer branding, candidate experience programs, career fairs, campus engagements, and other recruitment-related events.
- Propose and execute creative talent attraction strategies to enhance visibility and outreach.

5. Reporting & Ad Hoc Responsibilities

- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to management on hiring progress, TA performance, pipeline status, and potential risks.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks or special projects assigned by management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and drive data-based decisions.
- Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and deliver on high-volume or complex hiring needs.
- Experience in employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing, and event coordination is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
