Job Summary
The Executive - Event Management & Experiential Partnership will be responsible for developing and executing innovative partnership campaigns and events that provide unique, memorable experiences for customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and events, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of experiential marketing initiatives. This role will involve planning, coordinating, and measuring the effectiveness of these campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately drive business growth.
Job Description
Develop and implement constructive strategies for events and campaigns aligned to overall department objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and partners to plan, execute, and manage experiential and partnership initiatives.
Identify target audiences and analyze market trends to tailor experiences and activations accordingly.
Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, permits, production, staffing, and equipment for experiential marketing activations.
Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to secure partnerships and resources.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and impactful experiential assets, such as interactive displays, installations, and branded materials.
Oversee the production and installation of experiential assets, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of experiential and partnership campaigns, using data and feedback to optimize future initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential and partnership to drive innovation and improve campaign outcomes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate experiential and partnership initiatives with other marketing channels, such as digital, social media, and PR.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for experiential and partnership campaigns, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and management.
Job Requirements:
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Events / Marketing or Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management.
Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
Preferably Executive specializing in Events / Marketing / Tourism / Hospitality or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written, other languages such as Mandarin and Malay will be an added advantage.
