We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new customers: Identify and approach potential clients through phone calls, online platforms, and client visits.
Maintain and manage existing customer relationships: Build long-term client connections, understand their needs, and encourage repeat business.
Promote and sell company products or services: Recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
Achieve sales targets: Meet personal and management-assigned sales goals.
Conduct market research and analysis: Stay updated on market trends and gather competitor information to support business strategies.
Prepare sales-related documents: Responsible for preparing sales reports, quotations, and contracts.
Report to the Sales Manager: Regularly discuss work progress, client feedback, and sales strategies with the Sales Manager.
Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities as needed.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required due to regular communication with HQ and Mandarin-speaking clients; proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is also necessary.
At least 1 years of sales experience in a similar role.
Experience in the aluminium framework and scaffolding is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
