Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Taman Maluri, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary Range: RM7,000 – RM7,500 (including RM100 phone allowance)
Job Overview:
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Human Resources Manager to be based in Taman Maluri. This leadership role will oversee and drive strategic HR functions, focusing on recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage recruitment, compensation & benefits (C&B) for both local and foreign permit workers.
Oversee expatriate tax and visa matters.
Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
Develop competitive compensation structures aligned with company goals.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvements.
Administer payroll and HRIS systems (Infotech HRMS experience is a plus).
Monitor and benchmark compensation data to stay competitive.
Motivate and lead the HR team to achieve department KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in compensation & benefits management.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Infotech HRMS is an advantage).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
