Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.

At least 1 year of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong communication and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging posts.
A data-driven approach with excellent analytical skills, using metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of initiative, along with a strong collaborative team spirit.
A deep understanding of web3 or blockchain marketing, with the ability to connect with and anticipate.

Responsibilities
Oversee the company’s operations, driving active participation and strategic growth.
Develop and implement engagement strategies to attract and retain our target audience.
Regularly schedule and publish engaging content, such as company updates, product innovations and industry news, to increase user interaction.
Monitor interactions closely, providing timely and thoughtful responses to inquiries and feedback.
Leverage data analytics to evaluate community engagement and refine outreach strategies to improve user involvement and satisfaction.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure promotional efforts are aligned with the brand’s overall narrative.
Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
