Bell Direct is an award-winning online broking business and a subsidiary of the ASX listed Bell Financial Group (BFG). We provide trading and investing services and support to Australians via our brand Bell Direct as well as to clients of several large Australian banking brands. Having launched in 2007, we are well established with a strong broking heritage.
We are now taking applications from professional, customer-focused individuals to join our award-winning customer service team in supporting both retail clients and financial advisers.

In this role you will:

What we are looking for?

Strong interpersonal and communication skills covering verbal, listening and written capabilities
Someone driven by a passion to speak to customers, and surpass expectations in helping them achieve their financial goals
Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems whilst maintaining a great phone manner and attention to detail
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced and supportive team environment
Someone with a great attitude who wants to start their career in financial services
A degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Management or relevant professional qualifications preferred
Previous experience in either a call centre or financial services environment will be highly regarded.

Complete ongoing training opportunities to upskill as you progress
Commit to the team for an 18 month period before progressing into other areas of interest within the business.
Willing to alternate between Australia and US shift.
