What we're looking for
Preferred 1-2 years of experience in tour operations or a related field in the travel industry. Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply for this role
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Proficient in using relevant travel booking and operational systems is a plus
Thorough knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services in Malaysia and the surrounding region
A team player with a customer-centric approach and a passion for the tourism industry
Working hours: 10am - 7pm with 2 fixed off days (Tues-Wed) on weekdays/week

Provide travel consultants/relevant department about the information regarding travel destinations, travel itineraries arrangement, obtain travel and accommodation reservations and register passengers at check-in and departure.
Obtaining information about the availability, cost and convenience of different types of transport and accommodation, ascertaining customers’ requirements and advising them on travel arrangements;
Providing information about local and regional attractions, sightseeing tours, restaurants, arts and entertainment, and providing maps and brochures;
Preparing itineraries;
Making and confirming reservations for travel, tours and accommodation;
Issuing tickets, boarding passes and vouchers;
Helping customers in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas;
Verifying travel documentation and registering passengers and luggage at check-in and departure;
Preparing bills and receiving payments
