Job Description:

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will:
1. Lead cross-functional teams to plan & execute integrated marketing campaigns
2. Manage annual marketing budgets & optimize ROI
3. Serve key clients in finance, technology & AI sectors
4. Develop cutting-edge digital strategies (Social/SEO/metaverse marketing)
5. Establish best practices to elevate team capabilities 6. 6-month probation period

Requirements:

▸ Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field

* 3+ years project management experience in agencies or client-side

* Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns

* Direct sales company experience is a plus

▸ Core Competencies:

* Strong team leadership & stakeholder management

* Data-driven decision making (analytics tools proficiency)

* Fluent business English & Chinese (proposal writing required)

* Keen understanding of digital marketing trends
