Role Summary
This role oversees the back-end of the learning and development lifecycle, focusing on the effective execution, coordination, and evaluation of training programs. It includes managing training logistics, digital learning systems, vendor engagement, and reporting on learning outcomes to support continuous improvement and operational excellence in learning delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying training needs across departments through performance gap analysis, surveys, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Design, coordinate, and deliver learning programs (in-house or outsourced), including soft skills, leadership, functional, and compliance training.
Manage the end-to-end execution of training programs – scheduling, logistics, communication, materials preparation, and vendor coordination.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback forms, assessments, and ROI metrics.
Support talent development programs such as high-potential programs, mentoring, onboarding, and individual development plans (IDPs).
Assist in compiling learning histories and tracking progress for succession planning purposes.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR with exposure to training design, coordination, and evaluation. Experience working with LMS and digital learning platforms is a plus.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness.
Creative and proactive in designing engaging learning content.
