Role Summary
Senior Lead Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in overseeing Talent Sourcing & Attraction, Recruitment Lifecycle Management, Candidate Assessment & Selection, Recruitment Metrics & Reporting, Stakeholder Engagement, Stakeholder Engagement, Compliance & Best Practices, Talent Branding & Engagement. The responsibilities and objectives of this role typically align with the organization's overall talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus recruitment, and professional networks.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Promote the company’s employer brand through creative content, events, and online engagement for hiring needs and career fairs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
Manage workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
Execute & Support the implementation of Succession Planning Programs.
Conduct Post Onboarding surveys and analyze feedback for improvement.
Implement & monitor employee life cycle, talent data, including turnover rates, and career progression.
Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and legal updates affecting recruitment.
Implement analysis reports and presentations to management
Any ad-hoc task assigned
Required skills and qualifications
Minimum 5 or more years of experience in recruitment or human resources
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Experience with hiring agencies is an added advantage
Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods is a plus
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field
Proficiency with content management systems
Experience in developing recruitment strategy
