We are seeking a Social Media Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the advertising or branding industry to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and executing innovative social media content to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals and campaign objectives.
Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to optimize strategies.
Content Creation and Management:
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, image, video, and infographics) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce visually compelling content.
Community Engagement:
Monitor, respond to, and manage online communities to foster relationships with followers and customers.
Address queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Analysis:
Track, measure, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and improve engagement.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and client servicing to ensure cohesive messaging.
Maintain relationships with influencers, vendors, and other partners for collaborations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the advertising or branding industry.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Canva
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with influencer marketing and collaboration.
Familiarity with emerging social media trends and platforms.
