Job Summary:
A strategic and results-driven Senior Manager in Recruitment and Employer Branding with a track record of enhancing company reputation, attracting top talent, and securing prestigious HR accolades. This role plays a strategic and operational leadership role in building a strong employer brand, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring alignment between recruitment activities and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Talent Recruitment & Attraction
Lead sourcing efforts for high-priority and strategic roles across Chin Hin Group and its business groups by developing targeted recruitment campaigns that showcase the company’s culture and growth opportunities.
Partner closely with Business Group Talent Acquisition teams to ensure employer branding strategies support ongoing hiring needs and talent pipelines.
Manage recruitment marketing efforts to reach passive and active candidates, using various channels including job fairs, social media, and professional networks.
Talent Recruitment Operations
Oversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, selection, offer management, and onboarding support.
Drive standardization of recruitment processes, KPIs, and compliance across business units.
Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes, ensure accurate data capture, and enhance candidate experience.
Ensure the ATS is consistently updated and utilized effectively by the recruitment team and hiring managers.
Employer Branding Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a compelling employer branding strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and core values to enhance attraction and retention.
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Communications teams to craft a unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that highlights the company's culture, career development, and employee well-being initiatives.
Design and manage impactful content across social media, career sites, and job boards to boost brand visibility and reputation in the talent marketplace.
Establish and nurture professional networks through relationships with HR professionals, educational institutions, and industry partners.
Lead initiatives to position the company for HR awards by showcasing innovative and people-centric practices, like employee wellness programs, diversity initiatives, and career development opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 8 -10 years of relevant experience in recruitment and employer branding, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience as an internal / external headhunter for senior level strategic roles would be advantageous.
Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting, job portals and recruitment metrics.· Proven track record in leading high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives across various functions and levels.
Strong experience in managing and optimizing recruitment processes through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent understanding of talent sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and employer branding strategies.
Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn and other recruitment and branding platforms.
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented with strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
