Your Role: What You’ll Do
1. Accuracy & Financial Reconciliation
Ensure all cost-related transactions are accurate and match booking records.
Assist in reconciling every project’s cost to ensure profitability.
2.Cost Management & GP Optimization
Arrange tour booking with suppliers to achieve the most cost savings for each project.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the most cost-effective rates.
Identify cost-saving opportunities to increase Gross Profit (GP).
3. Supplier Liaison & Relationship Management
Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely bookings and competitive pricing.
Maintain and update the supplier database & records.
4. Prepare & Maintain Financial Records
Keep an organized record of supplier contracts, price lists, and invoices.
Assist in preparing product tariffs & pricing sheets for internal reference.
Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product tariffs, pricing sheets, and cost records to ensure accuracy and availability for internal reference.
Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior.

Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented professional with:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Operations, Accounting or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, business coordination, supplier management or cost control.
Candidate with Accounts/Finance background is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and suppliers
Strong attention to detail – Accuracy in handling numbers, pricing, and supplier data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & and other tools for pricing, reporting, or workflow tracking.
Excellent cost management & financial reconciliation skills.
Able to multi-task, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
Analytical mindset – Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese (written & spoken preferred).
