About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building personal connections, enjoys being out in the field, and knows how to turn relationships into real business opportunities. You'll focus on visiting travel agents, building rapport, and driving consistent, high-quality travel leads into our sales pipeline.

Client Visits & Relationship Building | 客户拜访与关系维护

Plan and execute regular visits to assigned clients (existing and potential) across various regions | 在各个地区定期拜访现有及潜在客户,执行客户拜访计划

Foster strong, professional relationships that drive brand loyalty and repeat business | 建立和维护良好专业的客户关系,提升品牌忠诚度并促成回头生意

Introduce our products, promotions, and success stories to keep clients engaged | 向客户介绍我们的旅游产品、促销活动及成功案例,提升客户参与度

Lead Generation & Sales Growth | 潜在客户开发与销售增长

Encourage and support clients to send in high-quality travel enquiries and group requests | 鼓励并协助客户提交高质量的旅游咨询和团队出行请求

Promote seasonal campaigns and solutions that help clients drive bookings with their customers | 推广季节性产品及解决方案,帮助客户推动其客户预订

Work closely with our internal team to ensure leads are well-managed and followed up effectively | 与内部团队紧密合作,确保潜在客户得到妥善跟进和处理

Market Insights & Representation | 市场洞察与代表公司出席活动

Who You Are

You have min 3 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or partner engagement, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry

You’re naturally outgoing, confident, and enjoy engaging with people face-to-face

You’re results-driven with a proactive approach to managing your time, visits, and follow-ups

You’re based in KL and willing to travel regularly for partner visits

You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable using CRM tools or spreadsheets to track your work
