• Full-time: RM3,000.00 – RM4,000.00/month (Base Salary)

Position Overview
As an Events & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing events and marketing activities that build brand awareness and attract high-potential talent. You’ll take ownership of organizing both online and offline engagement campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, and helping shape how our brand is perceived in the Malaysian market.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team at the ground level and build experience across events, marketing, public outreach, and brand engagement
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of campus engagement initiatives including career fairs, workshops and offline events
Collaborate closely with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to enhance the company’s visibility and presence on campus
Drive brand awareness by promoting the company’s mission, values, and opportunities directly to students and academic stakeholders
Play a central role in establishing our employer brand within the campus community and attracting top math and education talent through strategic engagement
Track engagement performance and provide insights to improve future activities
Qualifications
Currently studying or recently graduated; open to all majors
Strong interest in event planning, brand marketing, or community engagement
Strong communication skills and outgoing; comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships
Interns must be able to commit to a minimum of three consecutive months
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with internal teams and mandarin-speaking audiences.
