Job Description:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the automotive business
Set and monitor performance targets set
Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and competitiveness
Manage and motivate department heads and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to maximize profitability
Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations
Report business performance and KPIs to the Board/Directors regularly
Requirement:
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in automotive dealership management, with at least 3 years in senior leadership
Strong knowledge of dealership operations (sales, service, finance, CRM)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to drive performance, team engagement, and customer satisfaction
Familiar with local automotive market
