Job Description:
Lead, supervise, and schedule the daily operations of all staff within the Body & Paint Department.
Set departmental goals and objectives, and forecast operational targets to align with overall business strategy.
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and drive growth for the Body & Paint division.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with insurance adjusters to streamline claims and repairs.
Provide precise cost and time estimates for bodywork and ensure clear communication with customers and internal teams.
Coordinate closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely availability of necessary parts and materials.
Oversee repair work progress to ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
Perform quality checks on completed repairs to ensure high service standards and reduce repeat jobs.
Requirement:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in body & paint management
Strong technical knowledge of auto body repair and painting processes
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiar with insurance claims and workshop management systems
Able to lead a team and deliver results under pressure
