Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR team members to support the full spectrum of HR operational processes in accordance with internal procedures.

Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and conducting reference checks.

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires and exiting employees.

Maintain and update employee records accurately in the HR management system.

Prepare HR-related documents and reports, including employment certificates and confirmation letters.

Handle payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of statutory filings and annual tax returns.

Respond to general HR-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.

Undertake any other duties or projects assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in any discipline; qualifications in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.

1–2 years of relevant HR experience.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both spoken and written); proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
