We’re looking for a versatile HR Executive to join our team — someone who is grounded in core HR functions, but thrives in fostering strong company-to-employee relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Core HR scope & Operations
· Collaborate closely with the Singapore HQ on HR alignment and communication.
· Administer employee onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding processes
· Support performance management cycles, employee feedback mechanisms, training coordination, HR communications
· Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with local employment regulations
· Assist in payroll preparation and HR system updates (experience in payroll will be a plus).
· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records/HR documentation and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
· Manage leave administration, benefits, and insurance matters
2. Employee Relations
· Champion employee relations and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
· Be the go-to person for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution, ensuring confidentiality and fairness.
· Foster strong employee engagement and positive workplace culture across all levels.
3. Office Administration
· Ensure day-to-day general office operations run smoothly, including office maintenance, office supplies, pantry supplies
· Liaise with vendors for travel arrangements, stationery, and ad-hoc procurement
· Act as the point of contact for IT-related coordination and troubleshooting requests
· Ensure a smooth and organized office environment for day-to-day activities.
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure in employee relations and office administration
· Familiar with local Employment Act and manpower regulations
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills — approachable, empathetic, and discreet
· Able to multitask, stay organised, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge in payroll processes and hr systems (HR2000) is an advantage
