Representing reputable international manufacturers of tractors and implements, we are seeking to immediately hire an experienced Parts Inventory Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all spare parts inventory across Malaysia and Indonesia.
Maintain accurate records of all inventory, ensuring system records reflect physical stock levels.
Conduct regular audits and stock reconciliations across all storage locations.
Forecast parts requirements based on historical usage and projected demand.
Develop and implement inventory strategies to improve turnover, reduce urgent orders, and minimise excess or obsolete stock.
Conduct regular site visits to branches to perform random inventory spot checks and assess compliance with inventory best practices and housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
Tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in inventory management, preferably within the industrial or agricultural machinery sector.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP inventory systems.
Capable of working independently and leading a team of inventory staff.
Willing to travel frequently within Malaysia and Indonesia.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
