Position Summary
We are seeking a physically fit, highly discreet, and versatile professional to support the CHAIRMAN as a Personal Assistant CUM BUTLER, with additional responsibilities in corporate secretarial support. Key Responsibilities
Butler Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate household operations across multiple residences in different states
Ensure all properties are maintained to premium standards, including cleanliness, upkeep, and readiness
Coordinate healthy, nutrition-focused meals and manage guest hospitality with professionalism
Handle personal travel logistics, wardrobe care, packing/unpacking, and lifestyle arrangements
Supervise household staff, vendors, and service providers
Arrange and manage Polo-related matters, including attire, logistics and scheduling
Travel as needed to support household activities and ensure consistent service delivery
other assignment by executive team
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
Manage executive schedules, appointments, and reminders
Handle confidential correspondence, travel bookings, and logistics
Assist in planning personal errands, family events, and gifting
Organize daily sports routines, gym sessions, and wellness activities
Ensure readiness of sports attire, equipment, and facility bookings
Support a structured, healthy lifestyle and reinforce wellness routines
Company Secretary Responsibilities
Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016
Prepare and file resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory forms with SSM
Provide support during board meetings, AGMs, and corporate filings
Liaise with legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities
Safeguard confidential corporate documents and communications
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in private service, executive assistance, or corporate support
Qualified Company Secretary (MAICSA member or SSM-licensed)
Strong discretion, confidentiality, and time management skills
Physically fit, health-conscious, and able to support an active lifestyle
Fluent in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and governance tools
Willingness to work flexible hours, including travel, evenings, or weekends
Valid driver’s license and passport preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness coordination, or private household management
Familiarity with corporate governance procedures and secretarial software
Knowledge of dietary planning, fitness regimes, and health monitoring routines
