JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated Executive, Talent Acquisition (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to support our organisation's growth and success. Your primary focus will be on implementing effective recruitment strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes including but not limited to sourcing via multiple recruitment channels, screening resumes, shortlisting potential candidates, conducting pre-screening interviews and assessments, preparing recommendations for offers, and coordinating on-boarding.
Prepare job descriptions, manage postings and utilize online recruiting tools, social media, and other platforms to reach potential candidates and promote job openings.
Take social media recruitment to new heights by developing and executing engaging campaigns to attract candidates.
Collaborate with the internal team to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring criteria and selection processes for clients.
Maintain an applicant tracking system and other recruitment metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Building strong partnering relationships within the People team and Hiring Managers across the business at all levels, with external suppliers and agencies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Possess at least 1-2 years full cycle recruitment experiences.
Strong fluency in English and Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.
Positive mindset and can-do attitude, collaborative and ability to work well with our team.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. You are obsessed with creating positive experiences for your hiring managers and candidates.
