Job Description
This role is to support the coordination, communication, and management of all operational, system, and administrative activities for Tune Protect Re. Collaborate closely with White Label (WL) to implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, optimize system processes, and drive cost-effectiveness across TPR business operations.
Project Coordination and Implementation
Develop and implement project plans, identifying interdependencies across departments and entities.
Liaise with internal teams and White Label to align on operational and system initiatives.
Process and System Enhancements
Act as the point of contact between TPR and WL for developing and implementing enhanced operational processes alongside new system deployments.
Identify operational inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and track the performance of newly developed processes.
Administrative and Policy Support
Coordinate administrative functions and provide policy and procedural support across all TPR departments.
Oversee and update business process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with TPR standards.
Change Request and Business Requirement Management
Review and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Change Requests (CRs) related to system implementations.
Ensure BRDs from affiliated companies align with TPR best practices; create business cases and 'Phase 0' initiatives to support new projects.
Compliance Support
Assist the Head of PMO with compliance-related tasks, including risk register updates, sanctions screening, and internal audit preparations (e.g., AMLCFT Audit Review).
Support the Designated Compliance Officer in conducting Due Diligence assessments for insurance partners and external shared services providers.
Operational Review and Risk Management
Conduct regular operational reviews to measure and improve performance against established guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of Business Impact Analysis and maintain operational risk documentation.
Ad-hoc Activities
Perform additional operational, compliance, and administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative support, preferably within insurance, financial services, or corporate environments.
Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Good understanding of operational processes and compliance frameworks.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail for identifying process improvements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
