Requirements:

Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Demonstrate fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of diverse construction projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate the construction of civil engineering projects, buildings, and dwellings, whether as a department manager or a general manager without a managerial hierarchy. Your expertise will directly impact project success, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
Blueprint Interpretation: Decipher architectural drawings and specifications with precision, setting the stage for accurate project execution.
Resource Coordination: Skillfully coordinate labor resources and manage the procurement and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment, optimizing efficiency and minimizing delays.
Stakeholder Negotiation: Engage in effective negotiations with building owners, property developers, and subcontractors to align project goals and ensure seamless collaboration throughout the construction process.
Tender Preparation: Develop compelling tenders and contract bids, showcasing our capabilities and securing new business opportunities.
Work Program Implementation: Operate and implement coordinated work programs for sites, ensuring streamlined operations and adherence to project timelines.
Compliance Assurance: Guarantee strict adherence to building legislation, performance standards, quality benchmarks, cost controls, and safety regulations, mitigating risks and ensuring project integrity.
Plan Submission: Arrange the submission of plans to local authorities, navigating regulatory processes and securing necessary approvals.
Contract Management: Oversee building under contract, or subcontract specialized building services, ensuring project specifications are met and client expectations are exceeded.
