Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Field Acceptance Engineer / Technical Support Engineer to join our ISP team at TP-Link. This role is critical in conducting post-sales technical support and field acceptance testing for ISP clients and supporting pre-sales engagements by delivering technical expertise during Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations.
What You Will Do:
Provide on-site and remote technical support for TP-Link networking products including GPON, WAN/LAN switches, routers and Wi-Fi solutions.
Conduct field acceptance testing with customers to validate product performance and functionality.
Perform issue diagnostics, troubleshooting and deliver root cause analysis reports.
Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
Participate in tender and POC processes by delivering hands-on testing and product training briefing presentations.
Customize solution setups to match customer requirements during POC stages.
Collect and write document test data, output results and recommendations for tender submission acceptance test reports.
Act as a technical liaison between sales, customers and internal teams.
Create and maintain test plans, acceptance test reports and technical documentation.
Coordinate with product and project team to ensure smooth deployment and acceptance.
Provide feedback to improve product quality, features and usability based on field experience.
What We Look For:
Minimum 3 years in Telecommunication, Networking, Computer Engineer, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical support, presales, or field engineering role, preferably in the ISP or telco domain industry.
Strong knowledge of networking technologies such as GPON, WAN/LAN switches, routers and Wi-Fi.
