Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team in managing daily operations, documentation, and communication with partners and distributors. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales processes, including report preparation, deal registration coordination, and price protection claims. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
What You Will Do:
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring all documentation is complete, properly filed, and regularly updated.
Coordinate the deal registration process, including submission, tracking, and internal approval process.
Perform price protection (PP) claiming, ensuring all required documents are complete and claims are submitted accurately and within the stipulated timeframe.
Serve as a primary point of contact for distributors and partners (system integrators) on sales-related administrative matters.
Follow up on sales enquiries, outstanding documents, and other pending matters to ensure timely resolution.
Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management to support the departments operations.
What We Look For:
Relevant working experiences as Sales Admin or Sales Coordinator.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel especially VLOOKUP.
Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills.
