Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Merchandiser with a strong focus on inventory and stock control. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels, supporting replenishment processes, and maintaining accurate stock flow within the store. You’ll also assist in basic visual merchandising to ensure product displays are well-organized and aligned with sales campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid out-of-stock issues in coordination with the Store Manager.
Collaborate with the Merchandising Department to place orders and maintain optimal inventory.
Support strategic placement of slow-moving and campaign items to enhance visibility and conversion.
Work with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure stock availability aligns with promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Visual Merchandising
Set up and maintain attractive and on-brand in-store displays according to visual merchandising standards.
Ensure all Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials, pricing, and signage are accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate with the Marketing team for rollout of campaign themes and visual updates.
Operational Support
Assist with general store operations as directed by the Store Manager.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and backroom.
Job Requirements
SPM/Diploma in Retail Management, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in retail merchandising or inventory control is an added advantage.
A good eye for layout, color coordination, and presentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
