Job Description
Inventory Management
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Work closely with the Merchandising Department to place orders and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Work with the Store Manager to ensure slow-moving or campaign items are strategically placed to maximize sales and visibility.
- Coordinate with other departments, including Visual Merchandising and Marketing to align inventory needs.
Visual Merchandising
- Execute and maintain in-store displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure accurate POP, pricing, signage, and promotional materials are updated, printed, and placed appropriately for all displays.
Others
- Assist in general retail operations duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

; Requirements:-
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, inventory coordination, or visual merchandising.
-Strong understanding of inventory management practices and stock handling procedures.
-Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (e.g., Merchandising, Marketing, VM) and support cross-functional collaboration.
-Eye for detail and creativity in executing visual merchandising displays according to brand guidelines.
-Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, POS systems).
-Good communication skills and a team player with a proactive attitude.
-Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
-Physically fit to manage stock movement and display setup when needed.
