Position Description
Positioned within the quality team to ensure the overall quality compliance to relevant Score, Industry & Client Standards & Specifications, liaising with internal departments, suppliers and client representatives as required.

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions.
Inspection Knowledge on Valves, Equipment’s and accessories : (a)Visual Inspection,(b) Dimensional Inspection (C) Non Destructive Examination(NDE) : PMI,LPI,MPI,RT,UT.
Hands on Experience on using different type of Measuring instruments, Required relevant Inspection process of valves / spares at the Goods-in Inspection area against the Score P.O requirements and Cross verifying with customer purchase order requirements.
Identifying and verifying the SA /MQ purchase order material certification requirements.
Knowledge of material specifications for Valve constructions Design, Test AND Inspection International standards of ASME,ANSI,API,BS,FCI,ISO,JIS,MSS, IOGP, ASTM, Etc.
Identifying non-conforming goods and how Supplier Non-Conformances are raised within the Quality system (Q-Pulse).
Know where to find approved documentation for stock orders (Pro-Arc / Docix).
Prepare Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Valve Test Procedure (VTP) & other procedure with respect to customer, MQ/SA requirements.
Compile inspection and test plans.
Check complied valve certification packages for new product which includes review of 3.1 / 3.2 material certification, CE marking, Fire safe etc.
Valve and Components different type of Pressure test witness inspection.
Painting thickness inspection and over all painting quality inspection of the Valve and components.
Become familiar with the various software packages required in the role of Goods-In QA Inspection e.g. Docix, Pro-Arc, Clientele, Adobe Standard.
Preparing all type of Valve, Equipment Pressure test certificates and preparing the certification package upon customer P.O & Score Job requirements.
Identify Customer P.O Requirements and Carry out final inspection of Valves, Equipment’s & accessories and confirming the goods before delivery.
Effectively control certification under review to ensure the correct certification is finally Prepared, Scanned and filed in relevant folder.
How manual and electronic certification is received, reviewed, processed (including the electronic flag system) and scanned into DOCix or Pro-Arc.
Verifying the Customer Non Conformances and raising the CNCR in Q-Pulse and make sure the NC Correction, Investigation, Corrective Action and all other actions are taken and closed properly.
Prepare RCA & lesson learn report.
Knowledge in ISO - 9001 Quality Management System & ISO 45001 OSH, Maintaining the Company ISO: KPI/Objectives update and circulating to the team on monthly basis.
Delivering the Tool box talk upon company / QMS requirements.
Company Assets management in Q-Pulse and maintain the records.
Preparing Management review meeting data’s and supporting to conduct the MRM.
Using VITAL’s and getting trained regularly on company requirements, required to complete all essential vital modules with in time frame.
HSEQ statistics data’s Regularly updating on Each Quarter as per company requirements to Score Europe, HSEQ statistic monthly for Score APAC.
Supplier NCR and Customer NCR status to be updated to the team time to time & ensure close out at timeframe given.
To work and achieve all the objectives upon QA department.
To support External / Customer Audits to comply the requirements.
To access and work in MS office, Outlook and other software applications.
Follow, Achieve and Update the Competency booklet as per company requirements.
To organize all form, record, procedure, checklist, tracking in QA/QC share folder.
To issue RFI / NOI to client if required any witness.
To provide / prepare technical query with client & supplier and assist sales personnel regarding technical issue.
To prepare / provide information for ITB.
Compile valve overhaul reports and test certificates for all types of valves.
Compile engineering reports for operators.
Checking of QA card testing details to meet the customer P.O, MQ/SA internal requirements. Includes industry standards knowledge and manufacturer type specific details.
Effectively maintaining the calibration records master list Q-Pulse record of all calibrated equipment’s in the QA/QC share folder and make sure all the relevant test equipment’s are calibrated on time.
Compile Valve Certification Packages for repaired /modified valves ensuring full traceability of all spares fitted enclosed in package (Purchase Order Certification/ NDT reports /welders qualifications etc.).
Verify all related paperwork produced for the repair is acceptable (Pressures test charts/ NDT reports / PWHT charts & reports / coating reports / Paint Reports).
Supporting and Conducting the ISO : 9001 & ISO 45001 Internal Audit once in 6 months and less upon requirements.
To ensure all QMS document (procedure, organigram, work instruction) updated in IMS if any amendment required or within interval time 3 years.
To generate management of change for following area affected such as Personnel organization structure, work equipment, work activities, legislation, standard & systems & product.
Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
