This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent multitasking abilities, who can effectively manage HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, training, and development, as well as administrative tasks such as office management, facilities coordination, and payroll processing.
Duties & Responsibilities
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process such as application review, posting internal positions, contact applicants to schedule phone and onsite interviews.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of high performing work experience in Human Resources or a closely related field is required.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
