Job Description

Customer Service Representative - (Home Appliances Service Centre)

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle walk-in and call-in customer queries and service requests at our Home Appliances Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to walk-in and call-in customers, assisting with inquiries, product issues, and service requests.

Schedule and manage service appointments for customers, both under warranty and out of warranty.

Assist customers in understanding warranty terms, service charges, and repair timelines.

Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, service requests, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with technicians and other departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Assist customers in carrying or handling heavy appliances brought in for servicing, when necessary.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Customer Service, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Training or certification in Appliance Service Operations or basic technical product knowledge is an added advantage.

Willing to work during weekends or public holidays if required for sales events or peak service periods.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role within the home appliances industry.

Computer literacy and strong communication and interpersonal skills for both face-to-face and telephone interactions.

Must be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese to assist customers with limited language abilities.

Proven ability to effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.

Good understanding of warranty policies and service procedures.

Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude and a strong team spirit.

Physically fit and willing to assist with moving heavy products when required.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday off)

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Location: Old Klang Road
