Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative and HR roles, preferably in a multi-functional or project-based environment.
Experience in warehouse operations or materials management is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and payroll practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR/payroll or inventory systems.
Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with HQ and local teams).
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking under minimal supervision.
Able to work independently and coordinate across different departments and locations.

Administrative Operations
Manage the daily administrative affairs of the Malaysian office, including fixed asset tracking, procurement of office supplies, company qualifications, licenses, and utility/administrative payments.
Ensure smooth logistics support for internal operations and external project teams.
Maintain organized records and handle general office upkeep and vendor coordination
Human Resources Execution
Support the headquarters in drafting and localizing HR documents such as employee handbooks and internal policies.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Administer payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance under Malaysian labor law.
Maintain personnel records and assist with performance-related processes.
Warehouse & Material Management
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control.
Maintain accurate material tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics as required.
Project & Site Support
Collaborate with the sales/project teams to provide labor recruitment support for on-site projects.
Monitor and assist in cost tracking, project budget control, and site workforce coordination.
Support the operational team in ensuring progress alignment with project timelines.
Cross-border Coordination
Act as the liaison between the Malaysian office and headquarters for administrative and HR-related tasks.
Provide timely updates, submit process applications, and support HQ requirements with accurate data reporting.
