We are looking for a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications. In this role, you will work on building reliable backend systems, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in maintaining code quality and architecture standards. What you'll do:

Translate business requirements and use cases into scalable and efficient backend applications.

Design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable, and high-performance Java code.

Review, test, and verify code to ensure compliance with quality, security, and performance standards.

Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and reliability.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues.

Maintain clean, well-structured code and contribute to best practices.

Mentor and guide junior developers as needed.



What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in Java backend development, covering the full project lifecycle.

Strong expertise in Core Java, server-side Java technologies, and Spring frameworks.

Experience in software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.

Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, multi-threading, and enterprise integration patterns.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and MyBatis.

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as you will collaborate with Chinese vendors.

The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
