Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in thefinancial services industry or with a background in cross-border payments
Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Thai and Indonesian (both spoken and written) would be an added value
Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and service, cross-departmental collaboration and team management abilities, and an outgoing personality
Strong logical thinking, data analysis skills, excellent written communication, ability to handle emergencies efficiently, and high stress tolerance"
"What you'll be doing
Manage internal operations for cross-border payment products and maintain communication and cooperation with external institutions/channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive the successful delivery of new products and features
Liaise with and manage payment channels across different countries, assist the team in standardizing the channel onboarding process, and ensure the stability and diversity of payment channels
Ensure the smooth execution of financial transactions, guaranteeing the security, timeliness, and compliance of funds across transaction links
Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmaps and enhancements

Communicate progress, challenges and strategic recommendations to senior management
