"Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and feedback collection.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Support employer branding initiatives to increase company visibility among top talent.
Maintain accurate records in ATS and prepare recruitment-related reports as needed.
Collaborate with HR to ensure alignment on onboarding and hiring compliance."
