"· Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Mandarin (to handle Chinese-speaking customers)
· Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
· Positive attitude and natural customer-first mindset
· Willingness to work on rotation shifts: Day (9AM–6PM) & Night (3PM–12AM)
· Based in Klang Valley and able to commute to Petaling Jaya (hybrid role – not daily in-office)
· 5.5 working days per week, including weekend based on rotation."

Attend to live chat enquiry received from Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, TikTok, and Direct channel
Be Fast

Encourage Customer to Purchase
Use ChatGPT, Duoke, WATI, and other tools to enhance response speed, consistency, and tracking
Provide feedback and help improve CS workflows, SOPs, and customer journey touchpoints
Work on rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays (schedule in advance)
