"3–5 years experience in retail marketing, on-ground activations, or BTL execution
Hands-on experience with pop-up events, store opening campaigns, or mall roadshows
Strong coordination skills with designers, vendors, and internal teams
Highly organized with attention to detail, timelines, and cost control
Experience in automotive, FMCG, retail, or new consumer brands is a plus
Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage"
"Key Responsibilities
1. Offline Activation Campaigns
Plan and execute roadshows, community pop-ups, mall booths, and outdoor visibility campaigns (e.g. Grab car wraps, parking lot activations)
Handle venue booking, scheduling, setup, and on-site logistics
Track activation performance, leads collected, and post-event reporting
2. Store Marketing & Local Promotions
Support new store launches and key in-store promotional moments
Plan local area marketing (LAM) initiatives such as flyer drops, opening discounts, promo giveaways
Coordinate with store operations and CS teams to meet local needs
3. Marketing Material Execution
Liaise with designers and brand team to produce materials like signage, buntings, lightboxes, price boards, stickers, and brochures
Manage vendor coordination, cost comparisons, production timelines, delivery, and quality checks
Maintain a material stock list and standardized production SOP
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with brand, content, eCommerce, CRM, and CS teams to ensure campaign alignment
Align timelines for campaigns that require both online and offline execution
Document and optimize pre-event checklists, vendor processes, and execution templates
5. Budget & Vendor Management
Manage budgets for activations and printing; track cost-effectiveness
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, printers, and event partners
Evaluate performance and update vendor lists regularly"
