"Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel engineering or maintenance operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, building automation, fire safety, and preventive maintenance
Proven ability to manage technical teams and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required"
"Responsibilities
Assist in managing and supervising all maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency response.
Support the planning and execution of maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.
Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues promptly.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians to maintain high standards of performance and productivity.
Manage inventory of tools, parts, and materials; coordinate with Procurement as needed.
Maintain timely documentation and reporting of maintenance tasks, incidents, and equipment status.
Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives throughout the property.
Assist in preparing maintenance budgets, reports, and capital improvement plans.
Ensure cleanliness and organization in all engineering and back-of-house areas."
