Job Responsibilities;

Responsible to manage overall coordination of centre court event planning & execution. To ensure 100% market out.
To monitor and manage the Mall Advertisement Space Income. Generate ideas of how to leverage mall empty space for Advertisement Income.
To explore on new opportunities to collaborate with other business associates for sponsorship & new innovative events & activities.
Serves as proactive member of the innovation team, support transformational marketing innovation pipeline to meet consumer needs and drive business growth.
To generate creative & innovative ideas for mall events & activities, which drive real values for consumers.
Accurate budget setting to support all innovative event plans. Coordinate and manage agencies and external resources. Ensure brand identity in all plans and projects.
To work together with Mall Sales Managers/Officers to develop comprehensive innovative event plans within the allocated budget.
To compile & analyze the events report, identify weakness from all aspects & propose countermeasures & solutions.
Support the analysis & researches on cutting-edge technologies in the business industry to be applied into strategic future events and marketing opportunities for the company.
Support on developing and improvising new Mall branding in strategic marketing point of view.
Support on developing the project proposals, preparing documents along with task-level project plans to arrange external partners (vendors) and cross-function teams. Gather updates, analyze issues and findings to be further reviewed and analyzed by the Marketing Senior Manager for next course of action plans.
Join and contribute to an internal start-up team with entrepreneurial, experimental, iterative mind-set.
Develop and maintain strong professional relations with project teams, business sponsors and stakeholders.
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new innovation projects for mall business, events & activities.


Job Requirements;

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Estate Management, Business Administration or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years working experience in Retail Marketing/Business Management/Commerce/Communication/Public Relations or related field.
Demonstrated expertise in both traditional retail operation marketing and digital/social media marketing.
Well verse experience in Shopping Mall Management. In-depth knowledge on the shopping mall process flow, SOP, current issues and pitfalls.
Specialize in event planning & marketing experience. Knowledgeable & has great interest in innovating shopping mall marketing.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Able to navigate data to obtain insights.
Able to be outstation for Mall visits and new Mall opening when required
Highly organized, able to multi task and communicate with numerous contact points.
Must be intellectually curious, analytically minded, a passionate “self-starter” who works well in a team environment and has the ability to navigate through ambiguity.
