Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring a consistent tone and visual identity.

Lead KOL and influencer collaborations to co-create engaging and relatable brand content.

Develop and execute brand events (online and offline), activations, and experiences that connect emotionally with target audiences.

Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact brand initiatives, from concept to execution.

Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for brand visibility and differentiation.

Oversee the production of compelling brand narratives, visual assets, and promotional materials.

Measure campaign and event effectiveness through clear KPIs and ROI tracking, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize brand impact across all initiatives.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in brand management, influencer/KOL partnerships, campaign execution, or event planning.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Strong grasp of digital and social trends, ideally with exposure to family-oriented or education sectors.

Experience in organizing and executing events or brand activations, from planning to post-event reporting.

Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.

Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
