Tasks & responsibilities

Call new and existing customers to share our products and promotions

Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales

Meet monthly sales targets (with bonus/commission)

Update customer info and sales notes in our system

Follow up with leads from marketing or online ads

Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.

Stay informed on the latest product features and industry developments.

Follow company rules and work as part of a team



Qualifications & experience

Minimum SPM; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or similar is a plus

Being proficient in Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
