Job Responsibilities:

Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
Determining the cause of the problem
Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Expediting correction or adjustment
Following up to ensure resolution
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Job Requirement:

Min SPM + 6 months customer service experience
Diploma/ Degree Fresh
Preferred with Customer Service Experience
Able to work Permanent Night Shift
Candidates fluent in Mandarin (read & write) preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
Working Day: Monday - Sunday (any 5 Days)
Working Hour: 6pm – 8am (Any 9 Hours)
Location: KL Sentral (LRT Nearby)
