Responsible for providing excellent support to customers while actively promoting and selling the company’s products and services. This role combines service and sales by addressing customer needs, handling inquiries, processing orders, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

Provide detailed information on products and services

Process orders, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

Follow up with customers to drive repeat business

Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-oriented with a customer-first approach

Must be able to read and write in Mandarin

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Basic computer and CRM system skills

Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is an advantage

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
