Intake Date: 30th June
Working Hours: 9am-6pm, Mon-Sun, 5 days working 2 days off
Working Location: Sunway Visio (nearby Cochrane Station)
Job Description:
Provide outstanding customer service to users over phone, email, and/or live chat regarding product selection, services and issues
Focus on delivering on key results like customer satisfaction, first time resolution, efficiency and quality metrics.
Proactively develop innovative ideas to drive process, product and support improvements.
Requirements:
SPM/O-level and above, no experience needed
Can accept fully work in office
Local Malaysian
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Mandarin and English
Proven demonstration of analytical and problem solving skills
Server knowledge and troubleshooting skills considered a plus
Ability to convey technical topics to a wide variety of callers with varying technical skills levels.
Ability to work within tight time constraints and maintain call quality, provide excellent documentation and be professional and courteous.
Ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
Ability to develop in-depth technical knowledge about Google hardware & digital content products
Ability to work in an ambiguous and changing work environment
Knowledgeable on Google Play Store Digital Content and Google Hardware
Knowledgeable in technical troubleshooting skills
